Sourced from a mix of genuine Makers Mark, Jim Beam and Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. Sourced from a mix of genuine Makers Mark, Jim Beam and Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. Use 100g per litre of spirit for general use, we have found that 2 soakings gives the best results. If you decide to use the chunks for a 3rd soaking we recommend also using an essence.
