Misty Gully Wood Chips 3L – Pecan

Our Misty Gully Pecan wood chips are a premium BBQ smoking chip with very similar characteristics to hickory, with nutty undertones. A perfect all-rounder.

Pecan chips are a great choice for smoking brisket and beef shorties, but also lend themselves well to things like cheese and chocolate.

Small goods wise, they are a good pairing with Pastrami and some semi dried sausages.

Each 3L bag contains approximately 650-900g of wood chips, depending on species and relative wood density.
